Originally from Texas, Victoria Graves is now performing in NYC with companies such as Amore Opera, Opera Company of Brooklyn, and New York Lyric Opera Theatre.  When not on the Opera stage, she can be found premiering new works on recital stages like Carnegie Hall or organizing galas with her fellow singers. Victoria recently finished her "2nd Annual Recital for Refugees" which featured 6 incredible Opera and Broadway Singers and raised over $2500 for the International Rescue Committee.

She has also enjoyed sharing her music internationally and has sung in operas and galas with the Berlin Opera Academy and Opera Guadalajara. One of her favorite experiences was singing the National Anthem in Toronto for a Blue Jays baseball game! Some of Victoria's favorite roles include: Mercédès (Carmen), Dorothée (Cendrillon), Ottavia (L'incoronazione di Poppea), Oberon (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro), and Suora Infermiera (Suor Angelica).

Victoria received her Master of Music degree, specializing in Vocal Performance, from New York University, her Bachelor of Music degree from Baylor University, and additional training from the Taos Opera Institute, OperaWorks, and Berlin Opera Academy. In addition to being a frequent performer, Victoria is also passionate about teaching and has a private Voice and Piano studio in Manhattan.

She is a proud mentor and sponsor through Save the Children and volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Sing for Hope in NYC. This July, Victoria volunteered and taught beginner German and also music lessons outside a refugee camp in Greece.
